With vast experience in sustainable agricultural production , he has led several projects that promote environmentally friendly agricultural practices. Their dedication to organic farming is fundamental to the success of Mawí Ecológica . Elizabeth has various certifications , courses and training that guarantee her commitment and knowledge.

Juan Carlos is an Agricultural Engineer from the Autonomous University of Chapingo, and is currently a professor at this prestigious university. With many years of experience in the field, he focuses on optimizing crop production in a sustainable manner. Their experience and knowledge are pillars in crop management and in maintaining the exceptional quality of our products. Juan Carlos has solid support from certifications , courses and training that reinforce his expertise in sustainable agriculture .

Our beginnings date back to the Chapingo Organic Market , founded and inaugurated in 2003. This market became our first point of sale and a key space for the promotion of organic products. Over the years, we have participated in various fairs and events that highlight the production and trade of organic foods. Currently, we are in Mercado El 100 , where we continue to offer our products and promote sustainability.
