All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification via email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time:

The estimated shipping time is 2 to 3 business days from the moment your order is processed and shipped.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the circumstances of the courier service.

3. Shipping Costs:

We offer a flat shipping rate of 300 MXN for all orders under 899 MXN within Mexico City and the metropolitan area.
For orders of 899 MXN or more, shipping is free.

4. Shipping Coverage:

Currently, our shipping service is limited to Mexico City and the metropolitan area. We do not ship outside these areas.

5. Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
