At Mawí Ecológica, we ensure the excellence of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a product replacement or a refund of the amount.

Conditions for Refund or Exchange

• Request: The customer must request the exchange or refund within 3 (three) days of receiving the order.
• Product Condition: Products must not be in the described conditions.

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping: Order cancellation is possible before Mawí Ecológica confirms the shipment.
• Refund Process: Once the order is canceled, the refund process will begin.
• Required Information: The customer must provide the bank name, account holder name, account number, and CLABE (18 digits).
• Refund Method: The refund will be made through the same method of payment used for the purchase.
